Organized by Karin Flatøy Svarstad (Founder, North Atlantic Native Sheep and Wool Conference), Dorthea Joensen (Búnaðarstovan), and Nathalie Ketterle (European Wool Association AISBL), this forum marks the beginning of a new era in pan-European collaboration on wool.
Across Europe, a renaissance in locally grown wool is underway, with numerous projects making significant strides. However, challenges in shearing, sorting, collecting, and processing local wools remain. Now, more than ever, it's time to unite, share our knowledge, and forge a collective path forward.
